The project site is located at the intersection of Geçit and Akoluk neighborhoods in the Ortahisar district of Trabzon. The sloped topography of the land and its integration with the natural environment provide significant advantages for the project. As the first Autism Living Center designed in the region, the project aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals with autism by providing education and rehabilitation services.
The project consists of 7 main buildings: the education building, swimming pool and sports building, management and guesthouse building, administrative building, conference hall and education building, and two residential living houses. All structures are positioned to maintain interaction with one another, with accessibility prioritized throughout the site.
The sloped terrain has been treated as a key design input, and ramps have been integrated into the overall design to ensure continuous and barrier-free circulation for all users. Connections between the buildings are designed in harmony with the topography, strengthening the overall user experience.
